How does the application work?
You send me your name and phone number — directly through the form. I get back to you personally within 48 hours. We talk about the open job, clear up all your questions, and you decide whether you want to go ahead.
How quickly can I start?
In many cases you can start right away — depending on the open job. As soon as your documents are complete, the contract is signed for the planned start date.
Which languages do I need?
Basic German or English is enough to get started — good language skills are a plus. The daily work mostly follows a fixed routine, and colleagues help you settle in.
What does BUTHI do — and how are you different from a temp agency?
BUTHI Personalvermittlung is a private job placement agency. I place you directly with the employer — you get permanent employment there, no temp contract, no markup, no long chain of middlemen. I am there for you as your personal contact during your whole onboarding.
Which documents do I need for the application?
For the first step, your name and phone number are enough. The exact documents differ from job to job — for the employment itself you usually need: a category B driving licence, ID card or passport, registration certificate, IBAN, phone number, e-mail address, CV and a portrait photo. Do you help with accommodation?
Yes. The accommodation is provided by the employer. If needed, I arrange it together with the employer. We discuss the location and conditions in a personal call.
