Become a parcel delivery driver for Hermes routes at System Logistik in the greater Munich area — with a fully electric fleet, fair pay plus a parcel bonus, and personal support from Patrik from the first contact to your first own route.

Your tasks
- Deliver Hermes parcels on a fixed route in the Munich city area
- Sort the shipments into delivery order and load your e-van at the depot in Garching
- Friendly contact with customers at the front door
- Record deliveries with a handheld scanner
What you bring
- Class B driving licence, held for at least 1 year (an automatic-only licence is not enough)

How you get started
- 1Day 0 — test drive in Poing (about 15 minutes). If it goes well, you sign the contract in Munich right after, on the same day.
- 2Day 1 — training in several modules, with support on site.
- 3Days 2 and 3 — riding along with an experienced colleague on the route.
- 4After that — your first own route, with smaller routes at the start (60–100 stops).

Where do I live?
The employer provides the housing — fully furnished and close to the depot. There is a charge for it; the conditions can vary from job to job. If you need it, I arrange it together with the employer.
Which documents do I need?
Class B driving licence, ID card, registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung), IBAN, phone number, e-mail address, CV and a portrait photo (white background, shoulders up). You can find a complete checklist in the free application check.
How much German do I need?
Basic German is enough to start — good language skills are a plus. The daily routine is well practised, and your colleagues support you during training.
What does the contract look like?
Full-time, 42 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, 2 free Saturdays per month). 1-year fixed term with an option to extend. Notice period: 14 days during probation, 4 weeks after that.
How fast can I start?
The test drive and contract signing happen on the same day — the test drive in Poing, the contract right after in Munich. Then one day of training on site and two days riding along with an experienced colleague. You take over your first own route within a week, with smaller routes at the start (60–100 stops).
